Awakening & Awareness
Lesson Intro:
Welcome to Week 1. This week is about waking up to the survival patterns and unconscious conditioning that have shaped your life. Awareness is the first step toward freedom. As you observe your habits and stories, you’re creating space for your soul’s truth to emerge.Guided Meditation (Body Scan & Grounding):
Find a comfortable seated or lying position. Close your eyes. Take a deep breath in… and out. Bring your attention to your feet, noticing any sensations. Slowly move your awareness up through your legs, hips, torso, arms, neck, and head. If your mind wanders, gently bring it back to your body. Feel yourself rooted and supported by the earth beneath you. Breathe into any areas of tension, inviting release. When ready, open your eyes, carrying this grounded awareness with you.Journaling Prompts:
When do I notice myself slipping into survival mode?
What stories or beliefs do I carry about myself that come from past conditioning?
How do these patterns show up physically, emotionally, or mentally?Embodiment Practice:
Daily Mindful Movement — Spend 5–10 minutes moving your body slowly and intentionally (stretching, gentle yoga, or walking). Pay attention to how your body feels, noticing areas of tightness or ease. Breathe deeply as you move.Tip: Take your time. This week is about gently tuning in.
Undo Conditioning
Lesson Intro:
This week, we dive into the beliefs and inner critics that keep you trapped in survival mode. By shining light on these stories, you can begin to rewrite them and reclaim your power.Guided Meditation (Breathwork for Clarity):
Sit comfortably and close your eyes. Inhale slowly through your nose for a count of 4… hold for 4… exhale through your mouth for 6. Repeat this cycle 5 times. As you breathe, imagine releasing old limiting beliefs and inner critic voices with each exhale. Feel clarity and calm filling you on the inhale.Journaling Prompts:
What is one limiting belief I am ready to release?
How does this belief affect my thoughts, feelings, and actions?
What empowering truth can I replace this belief with?Embodiment Practice:
Mantra Repetition — Create a mantra based on your empowering truth (e.g., “I am enough”). Repeat it silently or aloud for 5 minutes daily, ideally in front of a mirror.Tip: Consistency with your mantra will help rewrite old neural pathways.
Heal the Inner Child
Lesson Intro:
Healing your inner child means offering love and nurturing to the parts of you that have been wounded or neglected. This week invites you to connect with and care for your younger self with compassion.Guided Meditation (Inner Child Visualization):
Close your eyes and take a deep breath. Imagine yourself as a child—what age do you see? Picture this younger you sitting in a safe, loving space. Approach them gently and offer words of love and comfort. Ask if they want to share anything with you. Sit with their feelings without judgment. When ready, offer a warm embrace or hold their hand. Slowly bring your attention back to the present.Journaling Prompts:
What does my inner child need to hear from me today?
How can I show myself more love and compassion?
What past wounds am I ready to heal?Embodiment Practice:
Creative Expression — Spend 10–15 minutes drawing, painting, dancing, or moving freely to music. Let your inner child express themselves without restrictions.Tip: Let go of perfection here—this is about authentic expression.
Rewrite Your Story
Lesson Intro:
Our stories shape how we see ourselves and the world. This week, you will explore the narratives that no longer serve you and rewrite them in a way that empowers and aligns with your soul’s purpose.Guided Meditation (Creative Visualization):
Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Visualize a storybook in front of you, open to a page with your old story. See the words and images clearly. Now imagine gently closing that book and opening a new one filled with vibrant, empowering stories about you. Visualize yourself living that new story fully and joyfully.Journaling Prompts:
What old story no longer serves me?
How do I want to describe myself moving forward?
What new beliefs or stories support my soul’s purpose?Embodiment Practice:
Vision Board or Collage — Gather images, words, or symbols that represent your new story and soul path. Arrange them creatively on paper or digitally. Place this somewhere you can see daily.Tip: Return to your vision board whenever you need inspiration or grounding.
Embody Soul Purpose
Lesson Intro:
Now that you’ve begun shifting your mindset and healing old wounds, it’s time to embody your soul’s purpose through intentional action. This week is about aligning your daily life with your highest self.Guided Meditation (Soul Alignment):
Sit comfortably and breathe deeply. Picture a warm light in your chest—your soul’s center. With each breath, feel this light growing stronger and expanding through your whole body. Ask your soul to guide you toward the actions and habits that align with your purpose. Feel gratitude for your unique gifts and path.Journaling Prompts:

What daily habits support my highest self?
How can I bring more soul-led intention into my life?Embodiment Practice:
Movement for Presence — Practice gentle yoga or stretching focusing on slow, mindful movement and breath coordination for 10–15 minutes. Feel grounded and connected.Tip: Consistent daily rituals build strong foundations for transformation.

Visualize a glowing circle of light surrounding you, sealing in all the wisdom and healing you’ve gained. Set an intention for ongoing growth and expansion. When ready, open your eyes with a sense of completion and readiness.Journaling Prompts:
What transformation am I most proud of?
What challenges remain, and how will I approach them?
What are my next steps for continuing my soul-led journey?
